How heavy are they, and why do you call them bonecutters?

My 2 and 4 year old have a blue friction motored truck called 'Bonecrusher'.

The smaller is 16" and around 2 lbs? The larger 22" and around 3.

Supposedly made, or at least stamped and sold by the now defunct GK, their man Prajwal called them bonecutters and said they were for beheading and cutting bones of sacrficial animals during Dasein. They both have a brass bound wood scabbard and the blades and brass bands have the same inscription, which Praj said translated to "Bone Cutting Eastern Khukuri".
