I purchased a GEC #42 missouri trapper for a christmas present but when I received it it had some
blade play. Emailed GEC and sent it to them on the 3rd or 4th of Jan.
Got her back today and shes 100%. blade locks up like its welded in place and
god darn it if this isn't the best looking knife I care to own..anything nicer and id never touch it with human hands.
of course both my camera and photography skills suck but I couldnt help but share.
the little scratches seen in the photo's are not visible to the eye, or at least not my eye.
its utterly perfect in person.
Here it is with most of my other EDC knives, except for my Case mini copperlock as it was and still is in my pocket and I forgot about it
when taking the pictures.
wait time wasn't that bad and Chris was great to deal with.. overall im happy with how everything turned out.
