Finally got me a deer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't get to go opening day, so I had to do it the hard way, by busting my hump and getting out their every day after they've been spooked....It was a group of does about 80 yards off...I took the first and the biggest!!!!! my gun is a Savage 110 30.06......

I had my breeden pathfinder and blindhorse small tiger knapp and the tiger knapp got the complete workout, it performed great......

Way to go bro, I prefer the meat od Does to the meat of Bucks any day, they just taste better and are more tender.

Congrats on that fine doe. Good choice on the rifle. I havent got one yet, I will try again friday then I wait till late muzzle loader. IN what county did you kill it?

Congrats. Although, you say it was the biggest? I probably would have shot the smallest. They taste better, IMO. And between my dad, brother and myself we usually get 6 or so. (None yet, but shotgun hasn't opened yet)

thanks......no that was my father in law's car he had just pulled up as I was gutting her and said "hell just grab a tarp and put her in the back". Yeah mistwalker does are the best meat, although I did see a very nice 8 point that I have 7 more days to get, I'm dying to get back out there........
