In between not selling internationally and general out of stock, I finally got my Emerson EX-100. I missed out picking one up at Blade Show 2025 ... eventually came back in stock and a friend purchased and forwarded it to me. Emerson QC has improved over the years, but alas they just don't care about the finer things like machine marks in liners, or scales being flush with liners. But I knew this going in and honestly there are not many knives that have the ergos of Emersons.
The stock scales are gray G10 and THICC - not sure if this is the standard of Emerson these days but it's definitely chonky. Already replaced the clip with a MXGear one.

I picked up some contoured grey G10 scales from Andrew Charlet and now the knife is amazing. Will spend some time filing down the scales and liners but it's a totally different feeling knife now. Fitting the scales was easy, Andrew has the specs nailed.
At it's thickest mid point:

At it's thinnest - a delta of of 0.07" which doesn't sound like much but goes from a flat slab of G10 to custom-feeling knife.

You can see the contouring from the butt end:

and finished in the hand (I wear M size gloves so this size class of knives is perfect for me) - you can also see the thumb disc relief:
