Congrats dude.
Nice pictures! I've thought about this knife several times but never went all the way... I thought that the handle/blade looked a bit too tall for my EDC preferences but it does look nice in your pics!
Gorgeous acquisition, sir! Might have to pick one up. Nice photos as well!
My apologies but what model is your knife?
Looks like a fine tool, friend. How do you feel about the combination of a flipper with an axis lock?
Congrats on your first Benchmade! I’ve eyeballed that one many times over the past few years, but never quite made the leap. It seems like it should be very comfortable to use. A sturdy design, IMO. I think the width of the handle, plus the weight, kept me from it. Any comments on its ergonomics and action?
The detent is pretty weak you can easily open it with a flick of the wrist. So not recomended if you live in NYC lol. But so far it's been safe in the pocket with no accedental openings.A flipper on a axis lock seems interesting. How's the detent on it?
I only asked because of the flipper aspect. Does flipping it work well with the weak detent? The detent is pretty weak you can easily open it with a flick of the wrist. So not recomended if you live in NYC lol. But so far it's been safe in the pocket with no accedental openings.
It doesn't pop open like most flippers. The flipper starts it off then you need a slight wrist flick to fully open it.I only asked because of the flipper aspect. Does flipping it work well with the weak detent?
