Silver Alox Cadet to be exact. Didn't realize how inexpensive they are, and some guys I follow on YT rave about them so I had to take the plunge. I've carried a Juice S2 everyday for the past 9 months, and find myself using it quite often. I am very pleased with the quality and f/f of the Cadet, and love the look and feel of the silver Alox. Haven't used it yet, but I like having the nail file/tool since I play a lot of fingerstyle guitar, but never keep a nail file around. It probably won't replace my Juice because I like having the pliers and scissors, but the light weight and utility of the Cadet is very nice. I'll have to find a way to rotate it in my EDC every once in awhile. I won't be surprised if I find myself springing for the black and red models soon. Oh, if they still made that green.....

Congratulations. I have several Cadets. Be prepared to get hooked and purchase additional Victorinox's in the near future.

:D 84mm isn't my specialty so I wasn't aware they were discontinued yet. But on colored ALOX (and I have done this), you can say "I really need to get one of those" and then all of a sudden they are all gone and the only ones available are 100+ bucks. So if you like it, and it's anything besides silver...buy it.

After some quick googling on the SAKwiki page, there were some hunter green models made specifically for Target around till 2010 or so while Victorinox was already offering the olive green color. It might be my monitor, but on the ebay link, I can't really tell if that's the hunter or the olive. Both are nice.

This pic from SAKwiki:

It's on the way to me now! :) Many thanks for the link, prepsheriff! :D

Couldn't pass this one up.

I prefer the olive actually...looks awesome. Now the question is do I dare put this one in my pocket or does it sit in the safe...

Cadets are addictive as are all Alox SAKs. I just bought a black Cadet at the Big Box store with the bulls eye for no reason at all. Now I have two silver and one black.
Who knows what will happen when I run into a red Cadet somewhere (I know they are at REI), have to resist the urge.

Not to mention I have just picked up 3 Alox Bantams and I have a SwissBianco grey Micro Farmer on its way. A whole lot of 84MM Alox in the past few weeks!

Lol the same guy I bought the green from was selling lots of 4--green, black, silver, and red. I was thinking that I should've just went with that. :)

Email him and let him know, if that's your plan, you'll end up with them eventually. If your not using one or another, they make great gifts.Even non-knife people dig SAK's

For $20.00, you can't beat the Alox Cadet with a stick; oddly though, the same $20.00 buys you a Pioneer, which I prefer. Either way, one does not just buy an Alox knife to just use and abuse...you will start collecting them, whether you want to or not.;)
