Dan, like you I have a 25 on the way and like you I am very excited. Mine Should be here in a few days.
 
Mine was factory direct and ordered it a few months ago. Look forward to mine getting here.
 
Dan, I got mine yesterday and started using it today. Great knife! Glad your wait is almost over if you have not already received your 25.
 
I have been belt pouch carrying the 25 for about two weeks. I think I will eventually get another for back up carry. It is starting to get as smooth as my EDC large regular.
 
Mine is tarting to get smooth now too. Really like it. Why do you prefer belt/pouch carry vs pocket carry? Is that just with the Seb25 or all your knives?
 
I carry a large sebenza in a belt pouch about 95% of the time. I prefer wearing it on my belt for work. I don't like too much stuff in my front pockets. This method works well for me. When not in a pouch, it is in my back pocket.
