I have been waiting for a (gift) Master Tanto for so long that I am starting to wonder if it has even been ordered yet. Not wanting to give up on the idea that they REALLY did order me a MS (in SM), BUT still needing to get something new in the mail, I went ahead and ordered the Warcraft 5.5" in 4034. If the MS does not show up soon, I will give up and order it as well.
Question (that might belong in the blade Smith section) - Anyone make and sell custom handle scales? The newer ones do not come with the finger grooved G10 and, instead, are just some plastic. So.... if anyone actually makes micarta scales (Blk and red or Blk an grey preferred) for this model, PLZ hit me up, id like a set.
Side note - all stitches are out and I am healing up nicely. PLZ remember folks - knives are you friends, COMPLACENCY is your enemy. I did not exercise the amount of care that I know I should have because, after DECADES of knife use and (years) of training. I became overly confident and too comfortable. It cost me dearly, am still recovering. Just be careful, guys. It does not take much of an "oops" to ruin your day, cost you work and training.
