Just bought a BK7 from Tomar's!
Cant wait!
I was debating between the 7 and the 9 and decided to fill my big knife slot with a machaxe when they come around.
Time to go watch the mailbox!!!

Good choice! I recently snatched up a 7 from EE, even though I wasn't really wanting one. Now I love it and am really glad I got one.

I love mine. So light in the hand. I keep it in my truck because I can't stand to be away from it :)

Congrats on the purchase man. I think the BK7 will be my next, or "second" next (aka, can't decide between getting the BK17 or this first).

Originally I thought I wouldn't know what to do with an inbetween blade size like that, but I think I would really love it.

I was going to wait for the tweeners, but just couldn't do it!
That new knife itch was just too strong.

Good choice!!
I have one on the way to my brother for his birthday and I don't even have one yet, Well, I do have a BK-77, I guess that counts;)

don't watch the mailbox... go look at the catalog :D

Congrats !

You're gonna' like this knife. Great all arounder.

Been my go to since it arrived.

One of my favorites as well. I think most folks will fall into either the BK2 or the BK7 category. Not a huge fan of the BK2, feels like a brick in my hand. I really like the 7.

The 7 was my Becker cherry. I love the weight and the pure aesthetics of the blade shape - so much so I have the BK7 and it's richer siblings the 77s.

While waiting for my BK7 to arrive, I stumbled upon a Combat Master sheath I had to snatch up!
Foilage green. Not the color I wanted, but the price was right! Say what you will about the "popular auction site", but you can find some great deals if you're careful!

Pics will definetly be incoming once everything arrives!

YESS!!!!!
Came in yesterday! Love the weight and balance of the thing!
First thing I did was remove the grivory and slap on my Knights Cutlery micarta that have been rolling around in my desk.
Once my combat master sheath arrives I'll post pics!
Now... to strip or not to strip? Hmmmm...

Use it for awhile like it is without stripping, that way you'll have some perspective once you do strip it. You also do have the option of keeping the coating under the scales too, then you won't need to worry, Is there rust under there?

Oregon, Thats a good idea. I'll keep that in mind. I do find myself wondering whats happening under the scales of my stripped BK2 quite a bit.

BDMicarta, No. No i dont. I will most likely end up buying 15 and 16. Both are answers to different questions I have had for a long time!
