Hey y'all, finally bought my first Chris Reeve. This is one beautiful knife. I've always wanted something with snakewood scales, so why not a small sebbie?

(Sorry about the white balance on a bunch of these photos. My camera took some of them a little "warm," so to speak.)

Gorgeous! Not only is it beautiful, it's durable. Great inlay choice, I think.

Beautiful knife and great pics! I actually ordered the exact knife a few days ago and it arrives on Monday. Can't wait!! My first sebenza too. I've heard the the wood inlay knifes are more beautiful 'in person', but your pictures tell a different story!

Yeah, I saw this little guy at my local store about a month ago and right away I knew I had to have him in the collection!

Thanks, everyone, for the compliments! I'll be sure to try and add my two cents to the CRK forum as often as I can now!

I'm thinking of removing the lanyard and attaching a leather lanyard instead. I feel the brown wood and the black lanyard is sort of tacky (just from an aesthetic view, not saying that the lanyard itself is a bad idea, I understand the additional benefits it brings), but I'm not sure how brown and [possibly a different shade of] brown would look together.

I'll deal with lanyards another day down the road because I really like this guy! Might go outside and take some photos with him..

Very nice pattern in the snakewood, congrats! Thanks for posting the great pics.
