The redundancy is tiring I'm sure, but I have to reiterate that the Sage series is by far my favorite "edc" design by Spyderco.

I love the ergos, the blade shape/size, wire clip, finger choil, jimping, and idea of giving kudos to our lock innovators.

I apologize for not having any pics at the moment.
I purchased my Sage 3 from a fellow member and just received it today!

The Sage 2 is still my favorite Sage, but nonetheless 1-3 are equally impressive quality wise! :D:thumbup:

Thanks Sal and Team!

I love the Sage series as well, I got the 1 last summer and just got the 3 when it came out. I'm loving the smoothness and strength of the bolt action lock! Now I need the Sage 2, but there are so many other models and new models, I hope I can put aside $150 for it sometime this year. I already have my order in for the Chaparral however. If you haven't seen it yet, it looks amazing (basically like a 2.75" blade Sage 1 with a backlock), and with a 2mm thick blade, it should be an even better slicer than the Sage. If you haven't gotten a look at the Chaparral, I'd definitely recommend checking out the Deacon's thread in the picture section of the Spyderco forum...I've been looking at it and drooling practically every few hours since he posted it

I just ordered a Sage 2.... something a little different for me. I don't normally go for smaller knives. I hope it proves to be a good decision.

I just got a sage2 off the exchange here. I had held off for a long time and was rewarded with a great deal.
I think you will be pleased with it. I found myself wondering how I waited so long.
