Finally replaced the regular sebenza I sold years ago

My long awaited regular sebenza finally arrived. I sold my first one, an 2007 a long time ago and as luck would have it, this one is an 07 as well.
The border agent that checked it out got a little overzealous slicing into the packaging and gave it a little beauty mark, but I was planned on carrying it anyways so I guess that just adds to it's story

Here's my first one, I always wanted a stonewashed blade on it, but had I known back then I could have just sent it in to get that second stonewashed blade fitted as I already had the spare blasted scale to switch out to if I wanted to save the wear on the original UG scale.

Congratulations on that beautiful Regular buddy. She looks pristine, except for that mark that was made by whoever opened the package to check it out. Be glad, that they did not take interest on it.

NOthing beats the simplicity of a plain ol Regular Sebenza...

Never have worried about losing them at the border, especially when the value is so low on the form
Probably think its one of those cheesy eBay knockoffs ;)

Nice blackmore! Congrtulations! Sucks about the scar. I scared a freshly spa'ed Large Regular that I had just bought on my small Regular's clip.
 
Grats on the pickup. You are taking that border guard way better than I would have. I would be so pissed at that border guard. Was he mad you didn't open the package or something?

The guys on the way into BC can be just brutal.

Yeah, at first glance I was bummed that some yahoo went a slicin' but it's not that bad. When I showed my wife she said, well it's small and kind of blends with the contours of the knife, could have been worse

This was the Customs that Canada Post passes through in Vancouver.

He probably just got himself a new knife and was having a little too much fun with it :D

Well if there's ever a knife that deserved the nickname "scarface", I suppose that's it. Cool blade, neat story, nice score!
 
Nice Knife! I have to get myself a plain regular. I still waiting for a plain one to pop up.
 
Great story and nice collection blackmore.
I hope to bring a Regular into BC much sooner then later...
Scratches or no scratches ;)
