Which mods? Looks like a strip, patina, scales, and ramp.
The way the good lord intended it to be.
I'd prob add a few friends for Wayne just cuz he looks a lil' lonely.

I contoured the sharp clip point and brought it back a bit, removed the thumb ramp, ground the spine to a crisp 90* and fit the micarta scales so they are a perfect fit to the tang.
 
If I could get a BK9 without a swedge, I'd have bought one already.

I hate swedges, and it's the only thing that keeps me from getting one.

That's a chopper's 9 for certain, that little bit of weight that far forward must make a difference, plus it plain looks mean. and you can't go wrong with the classic user mods. Good looking knife you have there
