I've wanted to try out one of these knives since I received a couple in the mail, courtesy of Mr. Becker and our own Bladite. Enjoy the pics.

With the wrap, it's a very comfortable little knife. Perfect size for a necker and a great shape to boot. Shaving sharp and makes delicate cuts with ease. Next, I'm going to make a kydex neck sheath for it.

Looks sweet! Is that an old Camillus or something that will be available to people besides You, Mr. Becker, and Bladite?
 
It is a proto from Camillus, so unless Kabar picks up the pattern, getting one would be a little like scoring a BK-8.
I have a couple, but they were gifts and are therefore staying put.

Bladite, I've been hanging over in Jeremy Horton's forum mostly. Fellow Tennessean who makes some nice camp knives.

you should take care of those then, just pick up a kabar bk11 for a user..
 
I've got a minty new one put back. I'm going to enjoy using the one in the pics though.

Prototypes are meant for testing! :p
 
I've got my BK-11 wrapped differently, but you could use the same style on it.
