About a month and a half ago, I traded a Sage 2 and some cash for a plain jane Small Sebenza 21. Upon receiving it, I wasn't overly impressed. Over the last few weeks, I have been carrying it extensively and I don't know what I was thinking. In terms of bullet proof construction, simplicity, and quality this is the best knife I own. I realized it's quality craftsmanship when I took this knife apart. This thing is put together like my Uncle's Panerai watch! I am seriously considering selling all of my other knives and just having a Sm, Lg, and an Umnumzaan. I am really that impressed!

That trio covers your bases for folders!

I tried really hard myself to like other knives by spyderco benchmade cold steel and the like but nothing compares to the simplicity, yet robust construction of a chris Reeve folder.

You would be hard pressed to find a knife that is held together by only the pivot and one back spacer like the umnumzaan yet being able to withstand plenty hard use.

I agree. It's amazing how much time and effort went into it's design. For MY uses, it is the best EDC knife out there. I missed a Lg Sebenza 21 today for only $300 by ten minutes!

I was in the same boat as you. only I had to have the smalls and large in every configuration. Well, I still do not have an annual or Insingo.

Why not keep all your other knives and just buy more CRK's? :D :D :D :D
+1 I'd go for a Umnumzaan next. My Umnum and small sebe 21 were a great combo but unfortunately about a week ago I had to sell my small 21...miss it already

Yeah, I know I will not like the Mnandi though. I've held that one in person and I just wasn't a fan! I am gunning down a Lg 21 next then I will buy and Umnumzaan when I get my taxes back! That's the plan anyway:P

buy an insingo. you'll be impressed like i was. the only thing i worry about the insingo riding in my pocket is the wharncliffe blade. it has an endge. not really that sharp. but reaching in my pocket. i'm weary of the kind of bite that thing could give me.
