Well, I've been hanging around for a while now on the cheap and decided I should probably go ahead and pay for a membership after all. Between the search and selling features it just makes sense.

Also, I thought I would show some of my favorites.
The SAR 3 with a small penetrator tip added makes quite the little tire popper! I've found the Skinny ASH to be one of the most versatile all rounders yet and I promised kdstrick I'd post the user shots after I broke her in!

Some others with my newest Blue/Black addition a BWM thanks to KnifeHunter!

Congrats Bro!!! It's good to move up a notch ain't it. It will open things up for you as well.

That is a lot of Blue & Black .................I think my eyes are bruised .:D

Gold is so worth it. When you look at how much enjoyment and hours of entertainment every day, not to mention all the knowledge you gain on here.

Best value in entertainment ever.

Thanks Russ! I can definitely access a lot more of the site now.

Dave, that's why I HAD to relieve you of the Scrofa so you would have one less to bruise your eyes on. ;)

Kevin, I pity the foo who thinks he can touch Mr. T's gold!

T, No kidding it's worth it! I've been playing around with just the search function alone and am wondering how and/or why I waited so long.

Congrats Tim, on your new status, looks like your really putting your Busse's to the test.

Congrats on going... Goooooooooooooooooooooooold!!!

It's about time.
Celebrate by getting another Busse. :D

Good idea! Just picked these up at the PO since I missed the mail lady on Saturday. They look awesome, but they fit my girlfriend's midget hands way better than my paws. I see a new set of thicker Blue/Black G10 slabs are necessary for me to keep it and use it. First INFI I've been able to say that about besides the obvious bear cub hack. :o

And the same mail lady on Saturday left the BP SAR 3 on the door step even though endicia said signature confirmation was required too?

Good! That's cheap for keeping the lights on in this place that we all enjoy! I mean geeze we're all buying 2 to 3+ hundred dollar knives.

Congrats on going... Goooooooooooooooooooooooold!!!

+1 MORE. ITS A STEAL OF A DEAL.

Nice set of the blues:cool:

How do you like the SAR 3. Is it comfortable to hold and does it maintain an edge.

The SAR 3 is very comfortable to hold although some like myself may prefer to sand down the sharpest points off of the ridges on the handles. They are pretty dang sharp at the back and very front of the handle slabs. It took me about 30 seconds per side with 180 grit to achieve the perfect feel without it looking like anything was done at all. Kind of like removing the wire edge with a strop.

As far as the edge goes, it is holding as well as every other piece of INFI I own. Heck, it will chop up pinky sized tree twigs like carrots after I even took it to one of my old railroad ties to see what it could do for fun.

The edge looks the same though no longer shaving sharp and it actually notched a small V in the wood with an abundant effort. Not the recommended method, but good to know just the same.

You can't go wrong with a 3 for EDC. It gives a BAD or thinner AD a run for it's money in a shorter package. Jerry and crew definitely brought it! Now if they can bring a Bruiser I'll be set!

A few more pics of the SAR 3.

Here is a Buy Brown Kydex sheath I like to wear in horizontal carry for EDC on the front of my waist.
