I finally found a victorinox watch knife . The one that had a blade that was made to remove the back of watches to change out the battery.
It's orange with Renata batteries on both slides. Renata was a swiss company that made batteries part of the giant swiss watch group . These are aluminum handles.
It sold at fair price has that spade like blade for cases and small pen blade too
