I just got this watch from Ebay, it is a Zeno Army Diver with the abnoxiously loud orange dial.

Here is a link to the watch in question.
Please check it out and let me know if it is a good watch with good quality's.

At the risk of sounding dainty:p I might end up trading it for a different more conservative looking watch.

Would I be out of line asking to trade this for a Sinn 656 or an Oris BC3?

i have no clue.

But, it's a really nice watch and appears as if it's good quality.

Can i ask what it cost? (im afraid to find out)

And, better question, if ya don't really like it, why did'nt you just bid on a Oris BC3 in the first place? heheh

Thanks Gonzo, I was able to pick this up with a winning bid of $295.00
I would have bought the Oris, but they were a bit out of my price range. Besides that orange Just screamed buy me you big dumma. One good thing about this watch is the weight, This is a heavy mofo, I will have one huge ass arm from wearing this baby.

You could ask, but no one will trade their Sinn 656 or BC3 for this watch. The Zeno simply isn't in the same league.

Your Zeno is an okay watch. I say enjoy it.

Thanks for the opinion Bob, I do not know very much about watches, but I have heard people speak highly about movements that have the Incabloc system.

Swiss Made Mechanical with Automatic Winding with Date and Sweep Seconds. ETA 2452 - 21 Jewels – Shock resistant, Incabloc, Anti-magnetic, Ball bearing winding rotor, 18,000 vibrations per hour.

Plus this watch is water resitant to 1000 feet.

I can see why someone would not trade a Sinn, but the BC3 Retails for about the same as my watch. I guess that trade would just depend on the individual.

That's a very nice looking watch, I think you made a good choice. Zeno may not be as well known as Oris or Sinn but they have an excellent reputation among watch enthusiasts. It's a pretty rugged piece and I daresay could handle anything a Sinn or Oris could. Here's a good place for more info.

Thanks For that link Dave, I am begining to think that I should keep this watch, I saw an orange kevlar band that would look great with this watch at West Coast time. Here is a link where the Zeno and the Doxa 300t are compared, the reviewer also states that there were only 200 of these zenos made. I am going to call Zeno and find out if this is true or not. Thanks :)

I just Called Zeno, and was told that only 200 of the orange faced divers were made. WOOHOO  :D I think I made a good choice.

KC, thanks for the link to that great review/comparison. It was a very informative read. I didn't realize that the Zeno was a limited edition either, so it is definitely a keeper. These orange faced divers are very popular and I could see yours becoming a collectors item a few years down the road.
