Finding some foam to replace the Pelican case foam

Hello- I am in the process of laying out my own Pelican case "gadget" box and have a friend of mine who can LASER cut my layout. I am replacing the Pelican Case foam and am looking for some good quality CHEAP thick foam for it.

I don't want to spend the money that Pelican wants for theirs and am interested in finding some on the net OR maybe a fanric store, furniture place or car accessories place. Let me know if you have any questions on WHAT I am talking about.

Also, email so I can email you my layout for some suggestions. I have it in WORD.doc which he can send to the laser to cut.

Better start by asking the laser folks what they've had the best results with and then stick to that.

About 2 minutes after I posted this question, I found KnoxFoam from Google and they have exactly what I am wanting. For the price, I can order a few and play with it and experiment. Check out their site - if you need foam, this place looks like the find for us. I will post some reviews of the foam after I have tried it some.
