Here's a couple axes and a spiked tomahawk I've been working on and off for a few days now. Last year a forged a few that were twice as large as these. These were forged from some 3/8" 1065 stock. The two axes started out being 2" X 1/2 X 3/8, the spiked hawk was a 1/2" longer. I tried one with a smaller piece of stock but it was just to small to forge.

They look very cool.I bet they were a pain in the ass to forge.It might make a good axe for my 10 yr. old daughter.:foot: Make sure you post some pics.when you get them handled.
