Finger knives?

I saw the La Griffe and I plan on buying one, but I was wondering if anyone makes a small knife with a finger hole like the La Griffe but not much handle behind it. Maybe with an extension so that it would be secured from spinning around the finger through the hole. Sort of like a push knife (punch dagger). I made an actual size technical drawing, maybe I'll have someone make me one. Also, anyone know of sources for punch daggers, other than Cold Steel. I don't have anything against Cold Steel, I've just seen their choices, and was wondering what else it out there.

Not a push dagger, but Neil Blackwood does a CC Blade. Two finger holes and no handle. Sinze of a credit card. Ti. Very sharp and sweet.

As far as I know, Cold steel makes the only usable production push daggers on the market. The Valor Wallet Knife was pretty good for what it was designed for but it has long been discontinued.
