Fingernail clipper...

Most easily to cut small cords/twigs. In this manner, you could possible procure materials to make a bow and drill.

There is a vague possibility for using a chrome plated clipper for signalling, though I'd doubt it's effectiveness based on it's small size and limited reflectivity. I'd rely on it for cutting small things, and little else...

Let’s see, 1. Clipper/cutter 2. Small Signal mirror as Stryver said. 3. Most have a small file that could be used to profile small pieces of wood etc into fish hooks or implement. 4. Taken apart each side could be used as a scraper or small knife. 5. Splinter remover. 6. Improvised screwdriver. File could be used as a punch. 7. Could be used as a spoon to attract fish. 8. The pivoting arms could be used as a type of trigger for a snare possibly.

I am sure there are many I am missing.
