Finish on Sebenza with S30V and BG42

I would like to ask those Sebenza owners that have seen both the S30V and BG42 blades if the finishes look the same. I have a BG42 Sebenza and I am thinking about getting an S30V version. I have seen pictures on the net but I would like hear from those owners that have them both. Thanks.

Yup, the S30V's finish is indistinguishable from that of the BG42 blades.

I can tell a slight difference between the two steels, but just barely. The S30V finish is ever so slightly duller. A little cloudier. BG42 is a teeny bit shinier. But, the difference is ever so slight. I like both, but actually prefer the BG42.
