Finish on the new black Spyderco Tenacious???

I just bought a Tenacious last night and decided to go with the black coated one because I think the black coating and hardware just look really nice. I was wondering if anyone knew about the coating. If you have the black Tenacious already how has the coating held up so far? Some people on YouTube were saying the coating was DLC which I highly doubt considering the price point. I think it's probably teflon, but I don't know because I didn't get mine yet.

Havent had 1 but my friend got 1 and he says the coating is the same as whats on the rat 1, so it isnt the most durable thing in the world but its better then nothing.

As a general rule coatings on spyderco

USA made = DLC
outside USA = some form of black TiNi

A call to spyderco should get an answer.

A good friend of mine has one and his coating is holding up just fine. Great actually.
