Photos Finished my display case

Finished my blade display case for the man cave. I made the knife walking sticks and the wood handles for the knives in the center left. Bought or restored the others. Frame is cherry with purpleheart mitered spline corners. Back is 1/8" black melamine. Everything is attached with hooks so anything can just be taken off/put back quickly. Going to hang the sheaths from the bottom.

Did you use hardwood splines in the corners?

Just read it again.
Purple Heart is a good choice.
