Here are some photos of the finished Ulysses.
The one with natural canvas handles is the only one that doesn't have the Reaper Finish. I tried my best to get some decent photos of that finish to really show the color, but it's hard to do. That finish is a really deep controlled texture pattern with almost case hardening looking color to it.
Any time you use phenolic materials, there's a chance that you'll get a weird spot in it like this. I think it adds character.
