Finished up my first sheath

I wanted to carry a small fixed blade clipped in my pocket, but couldn't seem to get my hands on the right sheath. A little reading in this forum, and I was inspired to build one myself. I think it came out nice for my first shot, but I certainly learned a few things along the way and will be making some adjustments with the next one. The clip I used is a little on the weak side, and I'd like so find some nicer, stouter, ones for future projects. Let me know what you think...I'm open to constructive criticism.

Ya done good! Nice knife as well!

Thanks guys! If anyone has a source for higher quality pocket clips (this one was from Tandy), I would sure appreciate a point in the right direction.

Nice one, did you also make the knife?
(I only know places in europe to get clips, try knife making material online shops)

No, the knife is a Fiddleback Forge "Runt". Great little EDC.

Nice job. Did ya put in a welt at the bottom? Try Paul (sheathmaker here on BF) he's got some great clips.

I will. Thanks for the info. Yeah, there's a welt that tapers toward the point. I realized that it was shaping up a bit too tight for the intended knife, so i actually added another thin layer to the welt that tapers out where the handle ends. Glad i did, cause that runt fits perfectly.
