I like the unique design. Nice blade steel and fittings.
The sheath goes perfectly with the knife design.

I don't perticular care for the extreme curvature in the handle.

Nice clear photos as usual.
I notice you take most all your photos outside. You manage to catch the light just right.

I was initially put-off by the downward-curving handle, but it is growing on me. You've almost effectively got a D-guard with the butt-cap and the bottom tip of the S-guard close enough to say hello. Kudos for thinking outside the box.

Thank Kevin for your advice.

I'll betcha that handle feels secure. Looks like an old flintlock pistol. It's interesting to see how different designs can be when created not encumbered by the locals.... ;)

Nice.

Wow! Just as Rodger said, I didn't like the curved handle either but by the time I got to the last photo, I was liking it all. Looks like a 'Pirate Knife'.

I like this one too.

I am asking myself why there is a hole in the front rivet though.

The sheath is well designed but I dont care for the the leather store stamping for a knife of this time era.

I would love to see more of your work

I have always liked knives with gaurds such as that. I think that is a very fine looking piece.

I like it alot. After seeing so many of the same ole bowies, this is refreshing. I do agree with Bruce about the front scale rivet/pin/hole though.

Well, I'm with you guys. Starting to like the curved handle a lot. It fits the overall design.

Its just a little startling at first as it's not often you see a pummel at straight angle to the blade.

Very nice looking knife and has some fine lines. The handle is unique but I'm wondering if it is long enough for the overall knife and the area into which the hand would fit.

I too wondered about the hole where one would expect a pin.

Overall a pretty kewl rendition of the Bowie knife.
