You bet. I love it that you like using that smaller tracker knife too. I have been wanting to make a version of it
but could not get the double cut saw teeth just right. Finally last week I found a place that can do them for me
here in the town where I live. A small shop run by a father and his son.
I am going to make a few in some different blade lengths and shapes and in different steel thicknesses.

Well anyways,

Always have enjoyed your videos Mr. Black.

Wow Thanks,You should just make a Flat top that would be Awesome save you some grief on the whole "Sawback" Thing lol...the vid is older and that little Tracker has got alot of miles on it since then.

Again thanks and take care

But I hope this week to get the double cut saw teeth milled into place then finish it up.

It just does not look like a Wilderness Survival Knife with out the saw lol.

I do not know really any one else that uses there tracker knife like you do.

there is one vid you have where you really cut down a log with your Tracker
You use your knife like a axe lol. It pretty impressive.

pitdog uses his some and there are some other also.

I have a couple of guys send me there tops tracker to regrind them and get them to cut better.

Once I get mine done I plan to put a few miles on it so to speak lol.

Well chat with you later,

Bryan

Nice work. I've seen that done with bamboo a couple of times but you've really got it down. Looks like it takes about a minute to a minute and a half to get it going. That is a lot faster than I can get a fire started with a bow drill.
Thanks!

LOL Yea me too. I got a couple of other drawing drawn up and plan to get them made up too. All in good time.

You make that look so easy!

What was the wood you were using? Do you use the same wood for the plow as for the board?
