I really like DownloadHelper. It allows you to snag .flv files like YouTube videos. I use to grab "how-tos " videos on bushcraft or whatever.

Better Privacy is an add-on that lets you clear the macro cookies used by Flash player. these cannot be removed by other means unless you go into the folder and manually delete them. This is much easier and can be automated.

Fasterfox Lite. It makes firefox SO much faster at loading pages. It's kind of like nitrous. I used to manually edit these settings in firefox, but when i found this add-on, it made life easier. Download the one from bigredtorrent i think is the maker.

My favorite is 'Image Zoom'. I use it constantly.
Basically, it allow you to right-click an image to zoom in or out, or even to rotate it. Very handy.

Try FlashBlock, AdBlock Plus, TinEye Reverse Image Search, F1.
Also give Sync (built-in, not an add-on) a try, especially if you have an Android phone — you can download Firefox for your phone, and sync your bookmarks and passwords with your desktop.
Jump straight to Firefox 4: it launches on Tuesday, but the exact same build is available now as the Release Candidate.
