First 112 & First Custom Knife

My first 112 just arrived. It is also my first Custom Knife.
A Lil' Jack from SK Blades.

I am impressed. It is even better than I expected; the photos do not do it justice.
It has displaced the 110 on my belt.

I ordered a second one for my nephew/god son's High School Graduation Present.
He graduates this June, and will be starting college in the fall.
Did I mention he is 11 years old?
I think he both deserves and has earned a Lil' Jack

The Lil'Jack is the only 112 in D2 that I know of. It's a screaming deal from SK too! I don't think you can make a better choice for a EDC 112 . I have one MIA and plan on at least two more..One for display only, a second for EDC use and a third for a custom down the road. I feel a 112 with finger grooves with a drop point blade in any super steel as a 'One Buck to do it all' ..Remember you can send it back to Buck and have them engrave it both on the blade and the bolsters .Sir a great choice especially for the 11 year old boy. It will be treasured for a lifetime. Just warn him about taking it to school to show his friends ..

He's home schooled, so taking it to school would not be an issue.

I'm sure he will treasure it for life.
For some strange, inexplicable, and unknown reason, he seems to like the same things I do ...
The only things I can think of that he likes and I don't, are advanced Mathematics.
His favorite subject is Physics.
