First Attempt at a Regrind

I tried my first ever regrind today. I bought this little knife just to try this.

Overall it’s not too bad. It definitely slices better than before. I started at 40 grit (medium speed and dunked in water every few seconds), then progressed up to 60, 80, 120, 180, and finished at 240. Lesson learned: take the scales off BEFORE starting.

Just for fun, I took the edge down to about 10 degrees.
