first attempt at stripping and patina

hey guys this was my first attempt on a bk2 (because it indestructable so if i screwed up no big deal) i think it looks cool for the first attempt and thought id share and accept any pointers as well.

You got it started. You can smooth that patina out with Flitz or some other metal polishing compound if you wish. I use Apple vieigar 5% acidity to get a good patina on D2. The longer it soaks the darker it gets. If it gets too dark then a little polish to lighten up.

At first look I liked the runs down the blade, I felt it gave it a badass look but unfortunetly the other side didn't fair so well with runs and it looks sloppy so I guess I will have to polish those out and have a uniform look on both sides. Too bad becuz I really think this side looks wicked
