I put some Dymondwood handles on these TKM blades. Focus was more on ergonomics and balance rather than aesthetics for these first projects.
8" chef's knife. 8A steel, 3/16" brass pins.
Clip point paring knife in mystery stainless. 1/8" mosaic pins are almost not worth the expense.
