Spent some time at a local Holster shop, got some tips on building sheaths, and an inspiration to move beyond the toughness of hand sewing 10 oz leather stacked!! So here is the begining of a new chapter in sheath making for me! Ive held back selling knives becuase i couldnt produce a sheath i was happy with, but now no more!! My sheaths will be stiched by machine by my local holster shop. GHaile

Nice looking sheaths! It seems a bit much, though, to use 10oz on pouch sheaths. 10oz is usually reserved for larger knives that require larger, stiffer sheaths. Wetforming 10oz in a fold-over pouch is a fair amount harder than 7/8oz.
