First Becker (yall convinced me)!

So after reading about all the amazing things that the BK11 could do here http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...es-you)-NEED-a-bk11-(becker-necker)-pic-heavy, I decided to get myself a BK11!

Got the handle wrapped by 550 for Fighters, and it just came in today!
Looks good, and I'm very impressed with the quality of the knife!

Hopefully I will be able to get some good use out of it, but in the meantime, here's a picture of my brand new BK11!

Just noticed though that our sheaths look different?
Yours has sharp angles for the blade, while mine looks more molded to the actual blade shape?

Yea, they changed the sheath design from a tanto looking one to the molded blade shape semi-recently if I remember correctly.

So you got a new one :).
 
Yeh i have the tanto sheath. not sure why the different setup, i think mine is older perhaps? not sure really ive had a total of 5 bk11s or 14s and some had the sheath like yours and some had the tanto sheath. I keep and extra sheath (one with the TDI clip and one setup necker style) and those are different too. Enjoy it man. Then one day you will realize that you think you may possiblly need something bigger, thats how the addictions starts and how YOU will end up with a bk2, bk5, bk7, bk9, and every other one you can find.

The same damn thread got me too! Mine came today, along with a BK-2. Yesterday I received the scales (Ebay) just like clich has on his, so I put them on right away. Man, is that BK-2 thick. I cut myself with both - now I really own 'em.
