Just got my becker bk7 in today, this is my first becker and i love it! I plan on showing it some love this spring and i plan on this being my main woods blade. Thank you Ethan Becker for making such great blades :) i also plan on buying the bk14 and the bk17, hell i will probably buy them all :p

Its ok it happens to the best of us.
No 7 in my pack YET but to complete the collection I need to get ahold of one. Spent all my play money on Merino wool socks this month...Money well spent this week!
 
Congrats on the new blade. Always fun to get new steel.

Congrats on the BK7. That's as good a place as any to start. It's a nice middle-of-the-road kind of blade. Heavy enough for the more demanding tasks yet still agile enough for more detailed work. I'm a little concerned that I don't see a BK2, BK9 or BK10 on your wish list. In addition to your newly acquired BK7, these are "must haves".
 
Just finished polishing my BK7, the BK2 just came in today. I'll be transforming that shortly.
You're really going to like your purchase. Best of luck to you.

Maybe this was a little easier posting a pic. It's something I have not learned yet on my phone. I'm digging these beckers in a huge way.
Any plans on modifying your new toy????

Yup i plan on stripping the coating off and polishing the blade and getting some g10 scales from The Knife Connection, i might file off the thumb ramp but im not sure yet :)

Congratulations. The BK7 is what also started me on the BK&T path. Great bang for the buck, working knives. :thumbup:
