Pawn shop cruising turned up a little more knife than I usually go for!
This one is from when Camillus was still making them (Ka-Bar is now).
The older ones are supposed to be a little thicker I read ?
$60 ...Okay?, need to go chop something now!

Damn that's a hell of a find, You cant even get a new bk9 For 60 congrats and yes you should definitely go chop something.

use it...

or put it away :)

or sell it for $500000000 :)

or something.

good find.

a lesson to others. go forth, and FIND!

camillus made a LOT of Beckers. a lot more than they announced ;)

I'd trade you my Kabar BK9 for it :p.

sweet find man, and yes, it is a touch thicker (.25 vs .188 on the Kabar).

Save it bro, go buy a BK9 and beat it instead.

those are not made anymore.

Good find.......even if it was a accident on the Camillus version

Damn, you have good taste in Pawn Shop knives. :D

They are a little thicker, and in a BNIB condition, they might be worth more to a collector.

I say use it, and for $60, you made out like a bandit.

Good score and stick around, always nice to see another who likes great blades.

Thanks guys!

I did some quick iphone googling while looking at it, and thought I was saving a few bucks plus shipping.
Now you're making think I should put it up insead of using it..:grumpy:
I have pretty good luck, even found a very nice custom trout knife at the same store once for $40.
Posted pics here back then I think.

My son thought this knife was uber cool, it is definitley apprived for anti-zombie use according to him.

Use it, don't use it, its your call, brother. I say beat it like it owes you money.

Nice find for sure!

I'm assuming you originally bought the 9 because you wanted to use it, so I'm with Moose on this one. Sure it's worth a little bit more NIB than a Kabar version, but it's not the hope diamond or anything.

Now, if you find a Blackjack era Reinhardt Combat Khukri I'd keep that one boxed up. Bladite might be willing to pay a penny or two for one of those :D
