First becker!!!!

I just got my first Becker in, a BK9. I love it. I originally intended to open with a line about how much it sucks but I can't bring myself to talk bad about it even jokingly. The day I got it it served to trim back some encroaching tree limbs in my back yard. Two hits to get through a 3" limb. Freaking awesome.

I do have two questions. 1: Is there supposed to be any paperwork in the box? Mine didn't have any. 2: On the sheath is a spot for a smaller knife. Is it supposed to come with one? Thanks.

Great choice for your first Becker ! The BK9 isn't called "King" around here for nothing. Severl Beckers later & I still go for the "King" when I need a serious knife !

Thanks for the fast answers Warrior. Everybody else thanks for the encouragment. Besides my Nimravus this is one of the few knives I have ever just picked up and fell in love. Here are some pics along with a few scuff marks on the blade from its very first chop. I can't wait to get 'er stripped down and a sexy new sheath for her. Probably even going to cliche it up a little. We'll see. Anyway, for the picture fans....here ya go. Enjoy.

Nice indeed! Love seeing these blades in situ! The KING will be my next Becker purchase as well. Long live the KING!!

Definately. Whats the point of owning a great blade if you don't want to get it dirty. Heck, unless the thing is broken in half it is all just character. I can't wait to get this thing modded or out camping. Whichever comes first.
