First BG-42 Knife

I also modified the profile on this knife from my standard fighter with a deeper finger groove and a slightly shorter blade (4"), which gives it a much more aggressive look. Scales are blue/black G-10. BG-42 sucks to grind...that blade was walking all over the place:)

Sweeet little fighter but I could sure find a lot of utility uses for that knife - nice work!!!

Nice knife, but what sucks about grinding BG42? I find it a dream to grind compared to CPM3V or Vascowear.
 
BG-42 does eat belts as compared to ATS-34, but I feel the quality and performance of the finished product is well worth the extra effort. :)

Another "sqeaky clean" knife, Bob! Great job!:D
