I made this awhile back, but didn't have time to snap any photos off. It's my first big knife I've made, so don't be too harsh on me. :) I'ts 3/16 1095, and you can't see, but I've even got "Burchtree" on it.

Thanks for looking.

How large is it? It looks similar to a bush sword I have. It has good design and clean design. I say it is a winner. Anyone that can make a knife has a talent that I wish I possessed. Good work.

Cerberus.

Thanks -- the blade is a little under 10 inches.

Not bad for a guy that looks like Chris Elliot! :)

Seriously, at least it looks straight. That's not easy to do on a bigger knife. I know, I have tried to grind a big blade, and always end up with smaller blades.

Thatswhy I've got so many small knives !! :D :D :D

My knives in 1095 are limited by the size of the old files I can forge them from. By all accounts, big knives are difficult to make, period. And that temper line that theres still more happenin' on that blade than just "big-ness." Good work. Jason.

It looks likea bigger knife than you would think from it having a 10" blade. I like it, it looks like it would make a great bush knife.
