This is my first attempt at a bird and trout like knife.
Blade is 5/32" 01 tool steel
Handle is black linen micarta
Mosaic pin and stainless steel tube.
Please feel free to critique and offer any advice or suggestions as I am always looking to improve. Thanks.

Looks good.

Simple and plain ... which is how a B&T should be.

I didn't comment on the steel thickness.

A small knife that will only cut soft things like foul and fish doesn't need to be camp knife thick. 1/16" would be good, 1/8" would be quite thick. Grab a micrometer and measure some nice commercial blades. You may be surprised that a 1/* blade is rare, and 1/16" is the norm for most hunting/skinning knives.

That's what I was thinking after it was completed, next one I do will be 1/8 or thinner.
