So I received my battle grade TG the other day and must say I am very impressed with it. It feels great in the hand and the smaller blade thickness makes it a much better performer ... Be nice if it was infi but sr-101 has not let me down so no complaints.

I decided to put a convex edge on it and evidently I succeeded in my purpose as the knife is scary sharp. So much so that I accidenelty made contact with my finger and cut right down from the top to almost the bottom of my finger nail right alongside... Paper cut from h***.

Now I have cut myself accidentally before but never with a Busse and I must say it was a good one. I apologize for the crappy cell phone pic but I was in a rush to clean up and super glue it back together. I tried to get a pic of it hanging off but ... Well it hurt... And I'm a wuss!

And maybe just maybe the Jim Beam may have played a part in it.

That only means she loves you! ;)

Yikes. I've been there. Hope you're on the mend and not bleeding out somewhere.

Yep, she gave you a little smooch there.

Best one I ever gave myself - I bought a Rodent 9 and made a sheath for it with a wood liner. The liner was too tight, and I got the knife stuck almost all the way in. I was pulling and pulling on it, sheath liner in my right and knife in my left. Without thinking too hard about it, I curled my right thumb around the end of the sheath liner and up into the knife choil for a better grip and pulled with all my might. Well, the knife broker loose and my stationary right thumb ran out of choil and subsequently met with 9 inches of mirror polished SR-101, which just about cut the side of my thumb completely off. I jumped around for a minute and I went back into the kitchen where I had started and there was an arc of big blood droplets all the way from the floor at my feet to the top of the fridge where my arm had swung. It was gnarley. I don't know why I didn't take pictures. Jim Beam was around for that one too :D

I was building a structure in my garden for peas to grow on, and I had my Bushwhacker Mistress stuck into the dirt......walked right into it with my bare foot!!!! Luckily my bones are strong and no important connective tissue was sliced.
