First Bowie'ish Knife

Well not sure if this qualifies as a Bowie given the blade style and maybe even blade length but .....

It's my first attempt at this style of knife. Will soon be heading out to a very good customer of mine in Australia.

Steel - Carbon Damascus - O1 & L6
Blade Length - 8"

Guard - Fileworked Damascus
Ferrule & Pommel - 416SS & Black G10 Spacer
Handle - Stabilized Maple Burl
Sheath - Custom Leather
