First Busse Basic!

Just purchased a Busse Basic 6 from xBORISx it is my first Busse. I was going to buy the Fehrman Last Chance but got this instead. Pretty sure I made a good choice. Any on have opinions about the two? Recommendations for sheath? I was thinking kydex.
 
Azwelke on this forum. I have them on 3 of my Basic 6. Great work. Great customer servive. Enjoy that 6.
 
Congrats on a great knife . The Basic 6 LE was my first Busse or Busse kin knife too . I find it to be an excellent knife that feels great in the hand and is the best ballanced knife I had even held . For a kydex sheath check the Busse combat store or also check on the Scrap Yard site . I bought one there made for the Scrapper 6 , but it fits the Basic 6 as well .

No way to go wrong with either maker, I have knives from both makers and have not been disappointed yet. My first generation Fehrman First Stirke has performed beyond my expectations, as so have my Busse kin knives.
 
Hi congrats on the order. I have both Busses and Ferhmans including the Basic six and the ferhman First Strike and the Extreme Judgment. I dont have the smaller one you were interested in but I can tell you both are great companies.

I can tell you that the Basic six is my favorite knife in this size. I absolutely love it and its handling. Plus like the Busse ladies, shes purddddddy!!!

As far as sheathes go Al makes great kydex as does mashed cat. Leather which is the way Im going to go on this beauty is Dwayne at Armorall Leathers or Jeff with Rainwalker creations. There are alot of other fine sheath makers out there but I am most familiar with these.

Congrats on your first Busse! I'm glad you like it. Welcome to the addiction my friend.
And you can't go wrong with all the different leather and kydex makers mentioned, they all do great work.
 
Congrats on your first. The basic 6 is an amazing knife. Fits that all around knife. Now go out and beat her. There are many great sheath makers out there.
 
I love my basic 6. it's a great great all around camp blade for sure. buy brown makes some great kydex and I think he has a b6 on hand.

The B6le is a beautiful knife. Albeit sort of a tweener. Not quite long enough for chopping, but a bit too long for hunting purposes IMO...So while it is perfect for neither it is very capable of doing either, which makes it a great all around knife. :thumbup:

Congrats on attest score. Any of the above listed sheath makers do amazing work. You really can't go wrong with any of them.
