Dunner said:I LOVE my SFNO! But the EU-17 does look like a stellar choice as well. You will be happy with either and will eventually want both.
You MIGHT be able to get your hands on a mini, after all, they haven't been shipped yet, and I'm sure at least a couple will get sold, and you never know. If Peter La can get one, then it CAN'T be that hard after all.ejskle said:Thanks for all the comments. It looks like I'll probably have to wait until the next round for an SFNO and I'm SOL for the Eu-17, but I'll look around.
It looks like the tactical rat grip is similar, with the palm swell, but has more of a defined finger groove.
Be careful about getting an E handle. There's nothing wrong with them, but they're not everyone's first choice as far as ergonomics go. If you want one for a user, I personally would recommend a fusion Steel Heart. I understand this is a very comfortable handle, but I really can't say first hand, since it hasn't arrived to me yet.ejskle said:that does look like a great one. thanks for the suggestion.
TRUE!!!! Some TMs had regular E handles, other had variant handles.ejskle said:maybe the different sized TOs have different handle shapes?

(or maybe he just got really lucky)

I'm yet to put the Magnum EU-17 in anyone's hands who doesn't find it comfortable.
