Do you remember your first Case?
I got my first Case today- a camo-colored caliber. When I started collecting last month I thought I was going to do SAK only, then I was attracted by the lure of traditionals, now I will have to split funds between Case, SAK, and anything else that captures my eye.
No I do not have a problem, I can stop any time :D

Still have my first Case, 6201 from 1980, I still carry it every now and then.

My first Case knife was my dad's yeller trapper. First of 6 now, I believe, and the only one that could truly be called a bear trap. It's definitely a user, and I still carry it sometimes.

Sure, I remember my first Case. Bought it last November. Actually I have three "first" Case knives because I ordered three at once: Small Texas Jack, Swayback Jack, and a Peanut. They all arrived in the same box and I don't remember what order I opened them in. :)

I'm pretty sure my first Case was a scout pattern my Dad bought for me back in the '70s. I carried it in my pocket when we'd go camping/backpacking/fishing. Unfortunately, that knife went missing at some point, years ago. No idea when, where or how. Just realized one day, it was gone. :(

My first Case is the bermuda green peanut I just posted over in the peanut thread. I bought it used, and it's just adorable. For the longest time, I boycotted Case because of a misunderstanding on my part with regards to an offensive aftermarket knife. Now that I know better, the only thing holding me back is my budget.

My Grandad gave me my first Case pocket knife something like 30 years ago. Sounds strange to hear myself say anything was 30 years ago. It was a 3318 Stockman. I don't have it any more but I do have one like it. Of course I would love to have my first one back.

My first and only Case I got only a few months ago, but I'm still amazed by the clean lines, the cutting ability etc... It often finds its way into my pocket.

my first was a cv yellow peanut got about 2 or three years ago. we had our differences now and then about its size but always shows me it potential for the task i put it up to.

My first Case was possibly their largest seller: the amber jigged bone #6254 trapper. No longer mine.

My first Case has been in my family for three generations. It's an old Case Cummins Mako Lockback, which has been used and sharpened so many times that it isn't really useable anymore. I think my grandfather bought it in the early 80's, and my dad got it when he passed, then I got it about 9 years ago.

I just got my first Case yesterday! A medium stockman in amber jogged bone. I wasn't sure at first (I had wanted a Buck 301 but the store was out) but it is sure growing on me fast!

I only just got mine, a Case Cheetah in yellow bone with CV steel. I love it so far, and it's the only "traditional" knife that I EDC, but probably not the last.

mine was a long gone sodbuster

great knife saw constant use until it went missing...

My first Case was an India Stag, Swayback Jack. The SBJ is the most beautiful and well finished knife that I own.

I believe my first Case was a black lock back that I still have. Then I was given a canoe by my dad that I still carry from time to time.

My first Case was a black sodbuster jr. I don't know what became of it.
