First choice with an extra .5" legal blade length?

Here in my county, blade length requires 3.5" or less. Although I consider myself lucky compared to those with 3" or even 2.5" or less, I've come across a multitude of knives I didn't/couldn't pull the trigger on because of less than a half inch exceeding 3.5". Because of this, I've had some long and hard thinking on what I would get had law on blade length permitted it. So with the extra blade length, what would your first purchase be?

Mine would probably be the Reate Hills flipper, which is JUST out of reach at the moment (3.6"). Maybe a fixed blade like the ESEE-3.
