First couple of Benchmades?

I want to buy a couple of Benchmade knives. I'm considering a Ritter Griptilian, but for the other, I want a beefy/heavy folder.

Do any of you know if a satin/stonewashed Adamas is on the horizon? If not, any suggestions?

Thanks.

Doesn't exactly fit your description, but I've been carrying my 950 Rift lately, and remembering just how good it really is. Check one out if you can, beefy and solid yet very carryable.

Seconds on the Rift. But if you can, go handle them first, even if it's an hour drive, you'll be happy you did. Until you physically handle each one it's hard to say which is right.
Good luck!

The Loco (BM808) is a beast of a folder!
You should check it out.

Here's mine with some brown canvas holy scales that I made for it.
Definitely a beefy folder

agree on 275 or 808, maybe contego as well. 808 is a very nice knife, but suggest handling first if possible due to it less convention grip.

15020. 810. 710. 940. 950.

15020 is a large Grip with factory g-10 scales.

Here's a few hefty folders...you might also check out the full size Rukus and Onslaught, I don't have either of those.

Vicar, 710, Grip, Mini Rukus, Grip, Contego, Grip, AFCK, LFTi

Outstanding bunch of knives you have there!

I'd only add an Adamas and Loco to your recommendation.

BTW, seeing your pic really makes me miss my 760 LFTI. Should have never sold it...

The adamas is definitely the beefier folder I've ever held, bigger than zt. And it feels sturdy, not just heavy.. but I don't think there are gonna be any stonewashed versions, in fact it's rare to see much love for the 275. I think it should get more attention:thumbup:

Another 710 vote.
KW has a bad ass exclusive that is one of my fav BMs!
I also really like my 581......feels great in hand!
Both are M390.

The Adamas is about as solid as they get. Just got a Bedlam and it's no slouch either.

That Bedlam is just super cool looking!!

Thanks!

I was on the fence for years with the Bedlam. Finally pulled the trigger and very glad I did. It's a large knife, but carries very well, a lot better then I would have expected and f&f wise the one I got is about as good as it gets. I highly recommend it.

Must've opened this thread 20 times......and keep coming back to this pic!! Really liking that Bedlam........here we go again!!!
