Got my first CRK today from a forum member, thanks @Silverstonev8! Large Inkosi, black canvas micarta. I have a feeling there will be more coming my way.

Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
That was me as well, with different selections (pj insingo, micarta dp, micarta insingo). I wasn't thrilled with the feel of the 21, though; so it has basically sat unused for a couple of years - I think I may have pocketed it 8 times. I'm anticipating the arrival of a large micarta inkosi insingo; and, since I was able to confirm liking the 25 better than the 21, I suspect this will probably lead to the 21 going away (unless I replace the insingo with a tanto). On the third try, I finally got it right.

Thanks!That should serve you well
I have to admit, I do like them. I will at some point.Congrats, great choice! Next up, you need to add a small Sebenza.....![]()
I buy knives as if they will be users, though not all do. I normally carry knives of this size and type as personal protection. Always have a true pocket knife as a utility tool.Great choice for sure
Make a good use of it![]()
As one who has smaller than average hands, I will get a small one and see if it fits that much better. This is comfortable for me. Thanks!IMO you got one thing right with your first that I didn’t get right. I started with a small and as soon as I received it, I realized I needed the large. As soon as I got my first large, I realized that I needed a large with inlays. On the third try, I finally got it right. Congrats on getting it right the first time!
No doubt...Congrats! I think your thread title should be First CRK (of many) because you’ll probably end up with more than one....![]()

Congrats on the new arrival, E40!
I may have one of each before it is all over.I say this as a fan of the Inkosi - get an Umnumzan. I know people love the 21 and it's a classic for a reason but the Zan is THE CRK to own for me. I love it.
Indeed. At least good with still having your clothes on!This guy is having a good day.
It will get carried and used. Working on my photography skills.A great first CRK that will serve you well only if you put it to use and not be a photo model
That thing looks brand new, go make it yours and post some pics of a knife that gets used.![]()
Thanks!
That came out a little mixed up...but I think you said your day would have been better if lapedog was sans clothing???Indeed. At least good with still having your clothes on!
Yeah, I guess I could have been a little clearer in my statement. That came out a little mixed up...but I think you said your day would have been better if lapedog was sans clothing???![]()
